What to say
Your revenue, roughly. Which divisions you run. And the one thing that made you look this up — usually it is a number that will not behave, a manager hire that did not take, or a season that felt busier than the bank account suggests.
That is enough for a useful first call. Do not send financials to a stranger; there is a process for that and it starts with an NDA, not an email attachment.
What happens next

- A call, about thirty minutesMostly me asking questions. By the end of it you will know whether this is the right work for your company, and I will tell you if it is not.
- 02
- A written proposalScope, price and dates, on one page. No packages with tiers named after metals.
- 03
- Mutual NDA, then the data requestCover first, documents second. Always in that order.
For associations
If you run a conference program, the session descriptions, learning objectives, bio and AV requirements are all on the speaking page. Email works best, and I will answer the same day.
